STEINONORM 300 INSULATION SYSTEM

The Steinonorm 300 insulation system can be used for the thermal insulation of pipelines made from various materials such as: steel, copper and plastics located indoors. They transmit heat carriers with a temperature up to +135ºC
The Steinonorm 300 insulation system has a low thermal conductivity ratio, an aesthetic look, are simple and quick to assemble, can be use repeatedly and, above all have an attractive price.

Basic technical data:
› Thermal conductivity λ= 0,0295 W/m x K   (average temp. = 40ºC) (according to PN-EN ISO 8497:1999)
› Apparent density according to PN-EN 1347:2003 - 21,5 kg/m3
› Combustibility class B2 according to DIN 4102
› Temperature range of the flowing agent to + 135ºC in an insulated pipe

Manufacturing scope:
› Standard laggings are manufactured in 1 meter sections
› Diameter range of insulated pipes from DN 10 to DN 100
› Insulation thickness range: from 20 to 40 mm

All insulation systems offered by MPIS-TERM Sp. z o.o. are admitted for use in the construction industry by the decision of building Research Institute ITB AT-15-8203/2009.
